Section 33(2) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
(2)The Registrar himself or any person authorised by him in this behalf in writing may, by special order call a special meeting at the General Assembly at any time and shall call such a meeting upon the failure of the society to call a meeting on the requisition by the members or at the instance of the Registrar under sub-section (1).
