Section 28(4)(iii) in Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules, 2015

(iii)the provisions of this sub-rule shall not be applicable to the appointment of a widow under the provisions of the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Government Servants Rules, 1996.
