Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2011
1. Short title and commencement.
- These regulations shall be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2011. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
