Section 29(4) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(4)The Staff Council may subject to the provision of this Act, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations, discuss the general or individual grievances, if any, of the employees of the University and submit its suggestions thereon for the consideration of the Syndicate.
