1 Learned counsel for the respondent has invited my attention to the order dated 24/11/2022 passed by the NCLT, Chandigarh in the Petition filed u/s.241 and 242 of the Companies Act by the petitioner.
The order state the Tribunal has directed the respondents to maintain status quo regarding the shareholding pattern of M/s.Kapani Resorts Pvt Ltd and ors.
