1. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that suffice it will be for the disposal of this writ petition, if a direction is given to respondent No. 4, to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the grievances ventilated in this writ petition with regard to regularization of their services pursuant to resolution no.881 dated 18.9.2009 (annexure-17) in accordance with law, within stipulated time, as given by this Court.
2. I have heard counsel for the respondents, who has submitted that they have no much objection, if such a direction is given to respondent no. 4 to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the grievances ventilated in this writ petition in accordance with law, within the stipulated time, as given by this Court.
3. In view of this limitation submission, I hereby, direct respondent no.4 to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the grievances ventilated in this petition with regard to regularization of the services of the petitioners pursuant to resolution No.881 dated 18.9.2009, in accordance with law, rules, regulations, policies and Government enforceable orders, applicable to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and practicable, preferably within a period of sixteen weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of an order of this Court, after giving an adequate opportunity of being heard to the petitioners or to their representatives.
4. If the representation is decided in favour of the petitioners, benefits of the said decision will be extended to them, within a period of two weeks from the date of decision of the petitioners' representation.
4. In view of the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
