Section 44A(e) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(e)'State Co-operative Land Development Bank' means registered society of that name, registered under Section 11, and includes the Bihar State Co-operative Land Mortgage Bank Ltd. registered as such under Section 11; and
