Section 10(10) in First Statutes of the Al-Karim University, Katihar, 2019
10.2On the recommendation of the Faculty the Academic Council shall consider the proposal in respect of number of seats or alternation/increase in seats in all the courses in the particular academic year. If the proposal is approved by Academic Council, the University will directly apply to the respective statutory Councils for the same wherever necessary.
