(3)The [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] may either himself make an inquiry under sub-section (1) or (2) or direct a [Deputy or Assistant Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Duwam Talukdar' (Second Talukdar) by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] or any other person to make necessary inquiry.
