Section 15(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)The Council shall meet at such time and place and meeting of the Council shall be summoned in such manner, as may be provided by regulations :Provided that until such regulations are made, it shall be lawful for the President to summon a meeting at such time and place as he may deem expedient by sending a notice to each member at least seven days in advance.
