ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 17.9.2024 and 17.10.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a complaint before the respondents 1 & 2 not to declare the petitioner as Non-Performing Asset and the parties levied the third respondent Bank is illegally. However, the complaint as against which the petitioner preferred appeal before the appellate authority.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
