CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH
                     ORAL ORDER

2 18-12-2014

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. case No.383 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 420, 467, 468, 471, 489A, 489B, 489C, 489E/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the A.C.J.M., Patna City.

Considering that the counterfeit currency was recovered from the possession of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the serious nature of the offence.
