Section 6(ix) in Allotment of Land to Educational Institutions (Schools), Etc. on Lease-hold Basis in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(ix)The applicant shall, unless he refuses to accept the allotment, within 30 days of the date of issue of the allotment order, deposit further 15% of the premium by prescribed mode of payment. The remaining 75% of the premium shall be paid as prescribed in rule 12 of the Chandigarh Lease-hold of Site and Building Rules, 1973.
