(c)While moving methyl alcohol in rail or road tankers or in drums kept on motor lorries, a warning inscription "Methyl Alcohol (Methanol) - poison" and the sign of skull and bones shall be boldly painted on the body of each such tanker or drum. In case such inscription and sign cannot be conveniently painted on the body of the tanker, these may be boldly painted on a metal plate securely fixed to the body of the tanker for prominent display.
