Section 33(1) in The Uttarakhand Water Tax on Electricity Generation Act, 2012
(1)For the purpose of adjudicating under the Act, the Commission shall appoint any of its members to be an adjudicating officer for holding an inquiry in such manner as may be prescribed after giving the person concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard for the purpose of imposing any penalty.
