33. Power to increase the period of leave allowable under Section 30.
- Notwithstanding anything in Section 30, the Government may, by notification increase the total number of days of leave allowable under sub-section (1) of that section and the maximum number of days upto which such leave may be accumulated in respect of any establishment or class of establishments.
