State of Bihar - Subsection

Section 3(1) in The Bihar Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956

(1)As soon as may be after the coming into force of this Act there shall be established, for the purposes of this Act, by the State Government, a Board to be called the Bihar khadi and Village Industries Board.
