Section 12(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Act, 1984
(1)Every employee of a recognized school shall be governed by such Code of Conduct as may be prescribed and on the violation of any provision of such Code of Conduct, the employee shall be liable to such disciplinary action as may be prescribed.
