Section 9(1) in The Central Silk Board Silkworm Seed Regulations, 2010
(1)A seed cocoon producer shall possess a mulberry garden, disinfectable rearing house or rearing space and rearing appliances such as chawki rearing appliances, rearing trays, cleaning nets, shoot rearing racks or rearing stands and mountages.
