(7)[ The Primary, Upper Primary and Secondary schools in rural and urban areas (Municipal Corporation limits and Municipal limits) shall have minimum play ground facility of 2000 Sq.m. and 1000 Sq.m. respectively annexed to the school [Substituted by G.O.
