Section 74 in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
74. Appearance of officers of Government in any proceeding.
- The State Government may direct any officer to appear in any proceeding before a Labour Court, the Industrial Court or a Board by giving notice to such Court or Board and on such notice being given such officer shall be entitled to appear in such proceeding.
