Section 42 in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
42. Constitution of Committees.
- Where any authority of the Vishwa Vidyalaya is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint committees, such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority in each case may think fit.
