Section 7(3)(a) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990

(a)It shall be the duty of the owner of the lifting appliance, loose gear, and transport equipment or any other equipment used in dock work on shore or on board the ship to comply with the regulations 17 (4), 27, 40 to 49, 51, 52 (1) to (4), 54, 57 (1) to (4), (6) & (7), 59 (1) to (3), 60, 62, 63, 64, 84 (1), 85 (5), 87 and 88.
