% 21.03.2022 CRL.M.A. 5101/2022 By way of this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner prays as follows:

"a) Pass an order impleading the co-accused persons in Complaint Case No. 7596/2016 (Old Complaint Case No. 256/01/10) pending before the court of Ld.MM -05 NI Act (West), Tis Hazari as Respondents in the instant Petition titled 'Sanjay Gambhir v. State and Others' (Crl M.C. 903/2022)"

This Court does not find any reason to implead the co-accused persons.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

1. By way of this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner prays as follows:

"1. Quash the Complaint Case No. 7596/2016 (Old Complaint Case No. 256/01/10) titled "Inderjeet Singh Saluja v. DD Merchant Bankers Limited and Ors" pending before the Ld. MM, NI Act - 05, Tis Hazari District Court, Delhi qua the petitioner;

2. Quash and set aside the Order dated 06.10.2021 passed in Complaint Case No. 7596/2016 (Old Complaint Case No. 256/01/10) titled "Inderjeet Singh Saluja v. DD Merchant Bankers Limited and Ors" pending before the Ld. MM, NI Act

- 05, Tis Hazari District Court, Delhi qua the petitioner;

3. Summon the trial court record in Complaint Case No. 7596/2016 (Old Complaint Case No. 256/01/10) titled "Inderjeet Singh Saluja v. DD Merchant Bankers Limited and Ors" pending before the Ld. MM, NI Act - 05, Tis Hazari District Court, Delhi."

2. Heard.

3. Issue notice to respondent no. 2, on filing PF within a week, by all permissible modes.

4. List on 29th March, 2022.
