Section 38(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)A translator appointed for translation of question paper shall be responsible for translating the question paper in the correct and unambiguous language, without deviation from the original question paper set in English. He/She shall carry out the work according to the norms laid down by the Board for the purpose.
