Section 2(1)(f) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015

(f)"Assessee" means a person holding a Mining Lease, Quarry Lease or Quarry Permit and includes any other person who holds a mine of minor minerals granted under these rules, save as exempted under rules;
