In view of the facts mentioned herein above, the applicant prays for appropriate directions to the respondents to refix the pay of the applicant by granting 1st ACP with effect from 07.04.2001 and 2nd MACP with effect from 07.04.2009 and pay all arrears along with interest @ 12% per annum.
2. When the matter was called out today, counsel for the respondents has handed over to us order dated 27.07.2011 whereby financial upgradation has been granted to the applicant, which is admitted by the counsel for the applicant. However, counsel for the applicant requested that a time limit may be framed for disbursement of the arrears. Counsel for the respondents assured us that the amount would be paid to the applicant within four weeks. Recording her statement, this O.A. has become infructuous. The same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
