Section 87(2) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(2)The record of proceedings in such cases shall include:-(a)a copy of the intimation to the teacher of the proposal to take action against him:(b)a copy of the statement of allegations communicated to him;(c)his representation, if any;(d)the orders of the case together with reasons therefor.
