Section 41(vi) in Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Act, 2017
(vi)the end of the bifurcation between Bajali College and Bhattadev University and the creation of a single entity shall mean that the Bhattadev University shall have the common logo (Bajali College logo), the common flag (Bajali College flag), the common Foundation Day, the common holiday list, common Teachers' Association and common Students Union and one Prospectus.
