Section 13(1) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018
(1)All street vendors in each Industrial Development Authority, identified under the survey carried out under Rule 12 shall be registered on the basis of reliable means of identification at a nominal fee fixed by the Town Vending Committee.
