The State of West Bengal & Others Mr. Shahan Shah, Mr. Abdul Aziz Mondal ...for the Petitioners. Mr. Ratul Biswas ...for the Board. A Notification dated December 23, 2020 issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for recruitment of primary teachers is under challenge in this writ petition.
I am told that the same notification is under challenge in several other writ petitions including WPA 636 of 2021 (Risha Sarkar & Others Vs State of West Bengal & Others) and those writ petitions came up for hearing before the Hon'ble Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj on January 18, 2021. His Lordship passed an interim order on that day calling for a report in the form of affidavit from the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
Let that order dated January 18, 2021 govern the present writ petition and let this writ petition be listed along with WPA 636 of 2021 and other 2 connected writ petitions in the Monthly Combined List of March, 2021, as directed by the order dated January 18, 2021, before the appropriate Bench.
