Section 123(1) in Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Karnataka Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, every application or appeal made under this Act to the Court, Tahsildar Assistant Commissioner, Tribunal Deputy Commissioner, the District Court or the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal or other authority shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
