(2)Preparation of the roll. - (a) As soon as may be after the notification under Rule 3 (1) is issued, the Registrar shall prepare the roll which shall contain the name of every person whose name is entered in the register.(b)The names of the electors shall be arranged in the order in which they are entered in the register.
