9. Reservation of vacancies for the Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes.
- Reservation of vacancies for the Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes shall be in accordance with the provisions of law in force at the time of direct recruitment. In the event of non-availability of eligible and .suitable candidate amongst Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes, in a particular year, the vacancies so reserved for them shall be filled in accordance with the normal procedure.
