Section 3(1) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004

(1)The Kuladhipati and the first Kulpati of the University and the first members of the Executive Council and of the Academic council thereof shall constitute the University and the University so constituted shall be a body corporate by the name of the "Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University".
