Section 7(1) in The Rajasthan Hatching Eggs and Day-Old-Chicks (Regulation of Production, Supply and Sale) Order, 1992
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 8, if the licensing authority is satisfied that the licensee has contravened any of the conditions of license and a forfeiture of the security deposit is called for, it may after giving the licensee a reasonable opportunity of being heard by order, forfeit the whole or any part of the deposit.
