Section 3(5) in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Act, 2008
(5)In all suits and other legal proceedings by or against the Institute the pleading shall be signed and verified by the Director and all process in such suits and proceedings shall be issued to and on be half of the Director.
