Section 2(1)(xix) in Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University Act, 2008

(xix)"Regional Center" means a center established or maintained by the University for the purpose of co-ordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres [anywhere in the State of Sikkim] [The Words 'in any region' substituted by Act No. 7 of 2017, w.e.f. 22.03.2017.] and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such center by the Board of Management;
