Section 4(1) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(1)The records and accounts of the institution shall be open to inspection and audit by persons authorised by Government or the Director or the Accountant General, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
