Section 11 in Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009

- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-

(i)The Director General,

[(i-a) The Chairman,] [Inserted by Gujarat Act No. 14 of 2013, dated 10.4.2013.]

(ii)The Deputy Director General,

(iii)The Director of Research and Development,

(iv)The Directors,

(v)The Deans,

(vi)The Registrar, and

(vii)such other persons in the service of the University' as may be declared by regulations, to be the officers of the University.
