Section 51 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
51. Protection of terms of service. -
Every person transferred to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981] shall hold office subject to such terms and conditions not being less advantageous than what they were entitled to immediately before their transfer.
