Section 30(1) in The Goa Information Technology Development Act, 2007
(1)If the Corporation, after holding a local inquiry or upon report from any of its officers or other information in its possession, is satisfied that the owner of any land in Integrated IT Townships/IT Parks has failed to provide any amenity in relation to the land which in the opinion of the Corporation ought to be provided or has failed to carry out any development of the land for which permission has been obtained under this Act, the Corporation may serve upon the owner a notice requiring him to provide the amenity or carry out the development within such time as may be specified in the notice.
