1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Mr. B.S. Mahamulkar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that because of dispute between the unions, the Joint Commissioner, Labour appointed a Committee to fnd out exact facts of the matter. He submits that he requires one week's time to place all these facts on record. On his request, time is granted till 10.12.2020 to fle afdavit with copy to other side.
3. Matters to appear on board on 14.12.2020.
