1. The present appeal arises out of the impugned Order dated 01.06.2022, passed by the learned Single Judge in a batch of cases relating to Kalkaji Mandir.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that against the said impugned Order dated 01.06.2022, an SLP bearing No.010688-89/2022 has been preferred and the same is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the fact that the SLP is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal.

4. The appeal is dismissed, along with pending application(s), if any.
