Section 33 in The Meghalaya School Education Act, 1981
33. Members of the managing committee, teachers, etc. to be public servants.
- Every member of the managing committee of any educational institution and every member of the leaching and non-teaching staff of such institution shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Public Examination or any other examination conducted under this Act.
