- Nothing contained in Rules 4 to 6 shall affect the grant, renewal, transfer or amendment of licence pending at the time when these rules come into force. Such cases of grant, renewal, transfer or amendment shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules in force at the time of the commencement of these rules.
