(2)Where under clause (a) of sub-rule (1) the reservation is made by the collaterals or by the widow as well as the collaterals and the Collector finds that there is a difference of opinion in respect of the nature of the area to be reserved, the Collector shall reserve such area as is acceptable to the majority :Provided that if it is not possible to secure the agreement of the majority, the Collector shall reserve such area to the extent of the permissible limit as he may think fit having regard to the interests of the persons interested in the reservation.
