Section 3(1) in Telangana State Commission For Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 2003
(1)The Government may, by notification, constitute a body to be known as the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.4, Scheduled Castes Development (POA) Department, dated 05.03.2016.] State Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform functions assigned to it under the Act.
