Counsel for the review petitioner submits that since the appeals preferred by the writ petitioners were tagged along with writ appeals preferred by the State Government against the selfsame impugned judgment, it appears that while disposing of the batch of writ appeals it escaped notice regarding disposal of appeal preferred by the writ petitioners.
Counsel submits that the present review petition based on the selfsame facts under consideration of writ petitioners in reference to the writ appeal preferred by them details have been referred to Para-7 of the review petition.
After we have heard the review petitioner and also the State counsel to avoid multiplicity of filing of review applications Page 2 of 2 considered appropriate that the present review petition may be considered to be the review petition W.A. No.77/2016 and in all the connected matters. Ordered accordingly.
The State counsel may seek instructions. List the matter on 09.10.2018.
