Section 83(2) in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
(2)For the purposes of this section, Section 27 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1 of 1899, as modified from time to time, shall be read as if it specifically required the particulars referred to therein to be set forth separately in respect of-(a)property situated in the Municipality or local area, and(b)property situated outside the Municipality or local area.
